Production Assistant
Reports To: Operations Director
Entry Level; Part-Time


The Production Assistant works to assist member producers with TV production, editing, and podcasting.

areas of responsibility

  • Facilitate in-studio productions, podcasts and on-location shoots
  • Assistant members with editing
  • Check-in check-out equipment
  • Maintain equipment and studio
  • Assist members with all production needs
  • Perform all administrative functions relating to position


  • Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro CC; Final Cut Pro; Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lead a TV production crew
  • Video production experience a must
  • Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
  • Nights and weekends required
  • Ability to work independently in a small office environment

Website & Social Media Content Manager


Works closely with management to devise a web content strategy and social media content strategy that aligns with the company’s wider goals. Updates all sections of the website and social media channels including homepage and all other categories.

key responsibilities

  • Oversee website strategy and optimization. Assure performance of web site including functionality and site enhancements
  • Develop, gather and update all website content regularly
  • Responsible for ensuring website content is constantly performing well to SEO standards. Add/adapt pages and content as needed
  • Work with the team to improve rank, traffic, and conversion of social media content
  • Manage, scale and optimize search, social and other PPC programs to expand reach
  • Measure and report performance for all digital marketing channels, using the data to drive improvement and increase conversion rates
  • Work with management on all social media channels to create and promote content, monitor and maintain accounts, optimizing performance and tracking results

minimum qualifications

  • Extraordinary communication skills both written and verbal
  • 2/3 years of experience creating content for websites and social media channels along with developing and managing websites
  • Proficiency editing video and graphic design using Adobe CC
  • Solid knowledge of web authoring and publishing tools
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Adobe CC, and related web site development technologies and software
  • Proficiency with contemporary marketing automation, email marketing, and content creation tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact
  • Familiarity with and ability to analyze web and search data in Google Analytics, etc.
  • Desire to work in a small but fast-paced, video production team and willingness to wear multiple hats
