In this episode of insPAWed, we sit down with Erin Erler, nationally recognized cake artist and owner of Cakes by Erin. While many know Erin from her award-winning creations and multiple appearances on Food Network, today we’re sharing the deeply personal story of the soul dog who changed her life.

Erin and Bo were diagnosed with cancer just months apart. Through surgeries, treatments, and recovery, Bo never left her side, offering unconditional love, comfort, and the strength she needed to keep moving forward.

While Erin was recovering from a major surgery, Bo’s health declined unexpectedly, and she was forced to say goodbye over FaceTime. Although that loss remains one of the most difficult moments of her life, Bo’s love continues to shape the path she walks today.

Inspired by their journey together, Erin is becoming an Oncovi Cancer Exercise Specialist, helping women rebuild their strength, confidence, and physical wellbeing during and after cancer treatment. Bo’s legacy lives on through the compassion, resilience, and hope she now shares with others.

In this conversation with host Cyndie Morgan and co-host Nigel, we discuss the unbreakable bond between Erin and Bo, finding purpose through profound loss, and how one remarkable dog continues to inspire healing for countless others.
