With the arrival of Football season, here are some great Pre Game appetizers to satisfy the hungriest of fans!

Garlic Parmesan Wings

Chicken wings are a must at every tailgate party! These garlic parm wings add a unique flavor your menu.

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings (wings and drumettes work best)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic power
  • 1 tablespoon of onion power
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (you can also add other cheeses if you like)
  • Reserve a little of the minced garlic and parmesan cheese for garnishing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Putting it all together
Preheat oven to 400. Wash and thoroughly dry wings. Place wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Gently toss wings to coat. Place wings on a wire rack sprayed with cooking spray or on a baking sheet rubbed with vegetable oil. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the wings at about 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, turn on your broiler to high. Cook wings under the broiler for 5 minutes until browned. Remove from oven. Place wings in large bowl. You can drizzle an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the wings. Add minced garlic and parmesan cheese and coat well. To serve, place on a platter with blue cheese dressing, carrots, and celery. Garnish with remaining garlic and cheese.
