Featured on May’s Haverhill Journal: On Mother’s Day, All Saints Parish will become the first parish church in the nation to host a Life Monument Sculpture. The Journal met with a group of All Saints parishioners to learn more about the historic church, and this weekend’s line-up of events leading up to the sculpture’s unveiling. Then, in honor of Earth Month, people have pitched in on outdoor cleanups all over the city. We chatted with Dove Morissette, who cleaned up a patch of woods near her home and turned it into a neighborhood retreat. And, the Basiliere Bridge rebuilding project is now underway.
